Bahan-Bahan: (Untuk 4 cekak pucuk mengkudu - selepas direbus) - 100 gram santan - 3 sudu besar isi ikan tawar - 1 1/2 sudu gula (boleh lebihkan mengikut selera) - sedikit belacan - 2 sudu kelapa goreng - sedikit lada hitam (pilihan) - 2 biji limau nipis - 1 biji bawang holland, saiz sederhana - 1 biji cili merah - beberapa biji lada burung ------------ Daun Mengkudu sebagaimana buahnya mempunyai banyak khasiat Namun tidak dapat dinafikan daun mengkudu mempunyai rasa pahit dan bau kurang menyenangkan Keduanya dapat dihilangkan setelah direbus sehingga menjadi lembut dan hitam -------------
