This Full Body finisher is an intense series of exercises performed at the end of the workout that's designed to ensure that your players burnt every last drop of gas from the tank. Being a combination of body weight exercises this is a great way to push your teams limits without risking injury. Make sure to get after it and go ALL OUT!
