Mousse al cioccolato bianco preparata utilizzando uno stampo a forma di gelato con stecco mignon poi decorati con gel ai lamponi in tre versioni: semplice, glassato e con polvere di cocco. Dolcetti da servire prima o dopo il dolce oppure da abbinare ad un dessert al piatto. Questa ricetta può essere utilizzata anche per preparare mousse al cioccolato monoporzione.
