"Create a budget. Watch the small expenses. They'll eat you up alive. Spending a little bit here; spending a little bit there. Next thing you know you turn around and boom you're way over your head. Also limit what you borrow. Don't just borrow because you have good credit right now. Don't just borrow to have the money and think that the more money you have in the bank, the more successful your business or your organization will be. It doesn't work that way. Sometimes not having enough money is going to give you the passion that you need to push harder. ⁠ ⁠ Also, watch your loan limits. Make sure you watch yourself when you're asking for loans. Put a limit on it. Don't just go out there and borrow because you have great credit and you put everything on your credit card. Next thing you know you're over your head and now you're not becoming wealthy.
