How to make bibimbap | Easy bibimbap recipe Today I'm sharing an easy Korean bibimbap recipe that can be enjoyed by anyone. I've tried to include ingredients that are accessible almost anywhere in the world. I chose tofu as the protein source but feel free to substitute it with meat. And if you're vegan, skip the egg to make the perfect vegan bibimbap recipe. I've also shared 2 versions of bibimbap sauce that can be used in this dish- an authentic bibimbap sauce with gochujang (red pepper paste) and another with soy sauce. The soy sauce one is especially for people who don't have access to gochujang or can't tolerate spicy food. My love for Korean food began when I started watching korean drama. Bibimbap was surely love at first sight! But I realised that not every k-drama, k-pop fan has access to traditional Korean ingredients like gochujang, so I tried finding ways to make this dish with substitute ingredients. I hope I've done justice to the dish and wish this recipe helps everyone taste bibimbap and enjoy a big bowl every now and then. Don't overcook as they should still have some crunch • Add salt sparingly while preparing the side dishes • If using meat instead of tofu, season to taste • All vegetables are not needed.
