For delicious recipes visit: https://gastrogurukitchen.com/ Spicy Thai Vegetable Fried Rice recipe Ingredients: 3 tbsp cooking oil 2 large cloves of garlic 3 chili peppers - green or red 1 onion - sliced 2 celery stalks - sliced on a bias 1 cup sliced baby bella or brown mushrooms 4 to 6 mini bell peppers - assorted colors - julienned 10 to 12 whole peapods 2 scallions cut into 2 inch pcs 3 cups of day old steamed/cooked jasmine rice 6 to 8 basil leaves 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp fish sauce (optional) Method: Grind green chilies and garlic Heat cooking oil in a hot preheated wok, then add chili garlic mixture Saute for 1 minute, then add onion slices saute for1 minute more Now add rest of the veggies an stir fry for 2 minutes on high heat Next add rice, making sure it doesn't lump up Finally, add oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce (optional) Stir fry everything for 1 to 2 more minutes then add basil leaves, mix well Wallah!
