Sliding Bench Trainer's video: Core and Legs Resistance Band Workout

This is a solid workout that doesn't take much time and really hits the legs and core perfectly simply using a set of resistance bands. Also with minimal rest periods, you'll get be getting in your cardio in for sure. You will need to anchor the bands either to a squat rack or a door anchor. I barely increased the resistance in this whole workout, but if you can still hit the recommended 20 reps I'd try to up the resistance each set. Another option is to lower the reps and or increase the rest periods so you up the band intensity. See below for workout details.... Thank you as always for watching.
