Besides her ongoing educational work, including her activism last year to ensure that the Chinese contribution to the building of the Transcontinental Railroad was remembered and celebrated, Sue has successfully found, and is in the process of bringing together, the full set of 12 historic paintings by artist Jake Lee, originally created for the iconic Kan's Restaurant in San Francisco's Chinatown.
