Il giornalista e cantautore Antonello De Pierro, giovanissimo autore e interprete dell'inno dedicato alla A.S. Roma "Cuore Giallorosso", è ospite nel lontano 1993 nella trasmissione Calciolandia, condotta su Tele Regione da Alberto Polifroni. Antonello all'epoca ha solo 24 anni e ha appena inciso l'album omonimo che prende appunto il nome da questa canzone che all'epoca sembrava destinata addirittura a soppiantare "Grazie Roma" di Antonello Venditti. Qualche anno dopo infatti De Pierro ha avuto la soddisfazione di ascoltare il suo brano diffuso allo stadio Olimpico prima delle partite della squadra giallorossa.
