If your anything like me you're always searching for ways to put your entire team in uncomfortable situations. That is why the Focus Drill🔑 Team Challenge ​​​​is one of my favorite drills. It demands the entire team working as one and if you mess up everyone has to start over! ​​Talk about accountability, trust, and pressure! Coaching Ques: 1.Coach Says Ready, Players Snap Down 2. Coaches Says Direction 3..Coach Blows whistle, Players React. ( If coach says multiple Directions he will Blow whistle for each command )​​ WARNING: I coach this drill VERY HARD.
