In this practice we begin in a supine position to centre and warm up the legs; flow through a vinyasa of standing postures and lunges, including Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Horse Pose variation, Lizard Pose, Tri Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana (Three-Legged Downward Facing Dog), Parivrtta Alanasana (Revolving Crescent Lunge). This practice is suitable for all levels.
